Procurement Notices

The African Trade Insurance Agency invites applications from well established and reputable organisations to register as suppliers for goods, services and works.

Detailed pre-qualification documents can be obtained at ATI Offices during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh 2,000.00 per set payable in cash or bankers cheque to African Trade Insurance Agency.  

Applications in sealed envelopes must be marked "PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIER" indicating the reference code and item description. This should be deposited in the tender box at ATI office on the 5th Floor-Kenya Re Towers, Upper hill.

CONDITIONS 

1. Download and fill the supplier registration form here
2. There will be a pre-registration screening and only successful companies will be informed and requested to provide competitive quotations for goods/services listed above as and when  needed
3. Applicants should clearly state their area of specialisation
4. Registered suppliers will be required to extend credit facility of not less than 30days to the company
5. Current Suppliers and Contractors are advised to re-apply
