In the unfortunate situation where our clients incur a loss due to one of the numerous perils we cover, we have set in place a streamlined process to simplify payment. In a format that is easy to understand, our policy documents outline the entire claims filing process including determination and payment details.

Our main objective in this process is to help our clients. We maintain a sound financial position (Standard & Poor's Rating) so that we are willing and able to jump in when our policy holders need us to pay claims.
